The Daily Plan. April 28
I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do.
Certainly today none of us are Jesus the Messiah, with a prophesied birth, virgin born, lamb of God who came to take away the sins of the world, the only begotten son of God. Yet it is so true each of us who have trusted in Christ, have a God given plan and purpose for our lives. Whether we’re still in school, at the beginning of our career, in the middle or near the end. Praise God he has a purpose for us all. This Is a daily plan. Jesus said I have come to reveal the Father, to teach and show your way and I have fulfilled your personal plan for my life. Jesus was near the end of that plan and he was determined to finish it. We know he did by dying on the cross and rising again. Completing the plan of God. None of us will die on a cross to pay for the sins of the world. However there is a plan of God for our lives. We don’t choose the plan, we just simply pray and do our best to live out his plan. We should not go around anxious or fretting over Gods plan just go forward in obedience and trust asking him to help us walk in his will. This will be a daily plan. I don’t think we realize how much an honest, hard working, ethical, clean lifestyle is worth to God and those around us. It is of great value in Gods plan. So we live each day, seeking to fulfill Gods plan as he leads the way. We don’t do what we want or what simply feels good at the time but always yielding to God. So as we end this, listen to Paul’s encouragement to a man in the church “ and say to Archippus , take heed to the ministry which thou hast received in the lord, that thou fulfill it”. Colossians 4:17. He wasn’t an apostle or someone well known, we really don’t no much about him but the plan of God for his life was important to God and the others around him and so it is with Gods plan for you. Let’s live it and finish it out for the honor of God.
