Let’s seek the lord. May 5

Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: and let such as love thy salvation say continually, let God be magnified. Psalm 70:4

Thank God for where we are and for all he has done for us. So many things he has brought us thru and helped us to overcome. He deserves our praise and thanks.

Now there is an activity to build in our lives and this is to seek God, thank God for what he has done but he is not thru just yet. And instead of us just doing what seems good. We should be seeking Gods will for our lives in this next period of time. You say well I’ve already found him when I got saved and this is true. Thank God! But oh now there is so much more to know about our heavenly Father and his son Jesus The Christ.

God says of himself “ in my presence is fullness of joy and at my right hand is pleasures forevermore ”. There is no end to the greatness of our God. Not only are there treasures in God yet to be found, depths of his love, care, person we have not known. There is also his will and purpose for you and me in this next season of time. We should be asking just what do you want me to do oh Lord? Ask him, seek him. It’s like the reset button has been pushed recently, in the world, in our lives, in the church. Instead of just jumping right back to what we were doing. I think it would be wise at this time to ask council of God, to seek him, ask his direction in our personal lives and our church. And who can tell just what God May have in store. If we will sincerely seek him, we have a promise , ask and it shall be given, seek and ye shall feel find, Knock and it shall be opened. Of course our enemy will try to hinder us . Don’t grow discouraged , keep seeking the lord. For he surely desires to be found by you.
