Abundance. June 2
Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us, Unto him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end. Amen. Ephesians 3:20-21
God is a God of abundance. Just watch a river flow, what an abundance of water. Look over a forest of trees and think of the acorns and food for the animals, it’s in abundance. The grass, animals, birds, sea with all its creatures. We could go on about the abundance in nature. So why would God be stingy in the most important things, which is our inner needs. He also wants to give us abundance of forgiveness, peace, joy, righteousness and all we need to be victorious. He wants us to have faith be obedient and trust Him even when things may seem slim, He is still the God of abundance. If in our lives now He has shared His abundant goodness, how much more will He show Himself to be our God of abundance, when we enter our heavenly home. May the God of plenty help us today.
